TOIP is available to anyone who has been referred for traffic-related offences, either by the court, a lawyer, or voluntarily. Whether mandated by law or self-referred, participants will gain the necessary tools to drive responsibly.

With decades of combined experience in law enforcement, counselling, psychology, and legal practice, our facilitators bring expert guidance to help you succeed.
Educational Supervisor & Counsellor
Former Police Officer with a Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Counselling, and Graduate Certificate in Policing. Over 25 years' experience in law enforcement, crisis management, and drug & alcohol counselling.
Law Enforcement Specialist
Former Highway Police Officer with Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Extensive knowledge of road safety, traffic offences, and behaviour modification.
Drug & Alcohol Counsellor
Bachelor of Counselling, SMART Recovery Facilitator. Expertise in behavioural change, substance misuse intervention, and therapeutic support.
Clinical Psychologist
PhD Candidate in Neuroscience. Master of Clinical Counselling. Focus on cognitive-behavioural therapy and therapeutic interventions.

CONTACT USAnyone who has been referred by the court or wishes to voluntarily participate to improve their driving behaviour can attend.
Face-to-face sessions are held in person over one full Saturday (8 hours). Online sessions are delivered via Zoom over two consecutive evenings (Tuesday and Wednesday), 4 hours each. Both formats cover the same comprehensive curriculum and provide the same official certification.
For face-to-face sessions, bring note-taking materials and an open mind. For online sessions, ensure you have a working camera and microphone.

Certificates are issued after successful completion of all course requirements, typically within a few days of finishing the program.
